Susan Whitehead
Drawing on 25 years' experience in immunooncology, oncology, hematology, rare disease, acute pain, women’s health and cardiovascular domains, Susan has built a reputation for consistently delivering impactful results. Leveraging her expertise in strategic planning and program management, she translates complex strategies into actionable steps, aligning crossfunctional teams to ensure the company’s goals and visions are met.
Susan's career began in the laboratory, transitioned to program management, leading her to roles in the C-suite and on the Board of Directors. During her tenure at PACT Pharma, she established and led the program management office. Later, she assumed roles of increasing responsibility, eventually taking the helm of the company following a strategic pivot and joining the Board of Directors. In this role, she demonstrated exceptional financial stewardship by overseeing the implementation of restructuring plans and strategic options.
